We are pleased to inform you that the HedgerX wallet system upgrade has been successfully completed on June 16, 2026. All services and features have now fully resumed normal operations.
To ensure the safety of your assets and prevent any unnecessary losses, please read the following important deposit reminders carefully before proceeding with any transactions:
⚠️ Deposit Address Update & Safety Warning
1. New Address Generation Required: Following the completion of this upgrade, all historical deposit addresses for all tokens—except for BTC and XRP—have become invalid. Before making any new deposits, you must log into your account, navigate to the deposit page, and generate a new deposit address for your selected token.
Note: Depositing assets into an old, invalid address will result in permanent asset loss, and these funds cannot be recovered.
2. Unaffected Assets (No Update Needed): Deposit addresses for BTC (Bitcoin) and XRP (Ripple) remain unchanged. You do not need to generate new addresses for them and can continue using your existing ones safely.
3. Update Saved Addresses: If you have saved your old HedgerX deposit addresses as frequent or auto-withdrawal addresses on other platforms or personal wallets, please update them to your new addresses immediately.
