Dear HedgerX User,
To ensure a fair and secure trading environment, maintain market order, and protect the rights and interests of all investors, HedgerX will implement a multi-dimensional detection system to identify and restrict the use of multiple accounts and devices for illegal arbitrage activities.
1. Abnormal Trading Behaviors and Corresponding Measures
1.1 Types of Abnormal Trading Behaviors Identified by HedgerX
Excessive Trading Activity
Users engaging in an unusually high number of trades, such as exceeding the maximum allowed open positions per day (e.g., 100).
High-Frequency or Automated Program Trading
Opening and closing positions more than 10 times within 3 minutes, or taking both long and short positions simultaneously in a short period, will be deemed illegal trading.
Position Limit Violation
The total position size of accounts under the same control exceeds the exchange’s prescribed limit.
Market Manipulation
Engaging in wash trading, cross-trading, or other coordinated actions between associated accounts to manipulate prices or generate abnormal profits.
Unauthorized Account Access
Illegally obtaining other users’ account credentials or using related accounts for unauthorized fund transfers or trades.
Abnormal Order or Transaction Activity
Frequent self-matching, trading on behalf of others, or using associated accounts to create fake trading volume.
Exploitation of Platform Vulnerabilities
Using scripts, automation, or server-based actions to take advantage of system loopholes or latency for profit.
Multi-Account Arbitrage
Using multiple accounts to engage in order matching, AB-position trading, or repeatedly earning illegal bonuses and rewards.
Abuse of Rebate or Commission Mechanisms
Creating fake transactions to claim rebates or commissions; transferring commissions between associated accounts or inflating trade volume for extra rewards.
Other Malicious Market Behaviors
Any manipulation, exploit, or unfair trading method that harms the integrity of the HedgerX platform or the interests of other users.
1.2 Measures for Handling Violations
If any of the above behaviors are detected, HedgerX may take one or more of the following actions:
Cancel or freeze the proceeds from illegal activities;
Deduct any rebates, commissions, or profits obtained from such trades;
Restrict account permissions (including but not limited to trade suspension, rebate cancellation, and order revocation).
2. Account Control and Penalties
HedgerX strictly prohibits all forms of unfair trading practices.
At its sole discretion, the platform reserves the right to enforce administrative controls over any account that:
Engages in price manipulation or other forms of market abuse;
Exploits platform loopholes or uses unreasonable means that may harm other users or the platform itself.
Note:
The figures and examples provided above are for reference only. HedgerX’s risk control systems will automatically evaluate trading behavior through real-time data analysis.
