- Eligibility for Use
•You must have full civil rights and capacity according to the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction and possess sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the nature and risks of digital asset transactions.
•You are the legal owner of the funds added to your HedgerX Exchange account and must ensure that all funds and digital assets originate from legitimate and lawful sources. You must not use this platform for any illegal activities.
- Account and Compliance
•HedgerX Exchange has no obligation to verify whether you meet the eligibility requirements for using its services. By using the services, you confirm that you comply with the legal age and jurisdictional requirements and assume full responsibility for the consequences and financial obligations of using these services.
•If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, HedgerX Exchange shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the services.
- Risks and Liabilities
•You are responsible for independently verifying and assessing the authenticity, legality, and validity of digital assets and assume any associated risks and liabilities.
•Unless expressly required by law, HedgerX Exchange is not obligated to pre-screen any digital assets, transactions, or related information for legality.
•HedgerX Exchange only serves as a digital asset exchange service provider, offering market data, transaction information, and exchange services while referencing third-party platforms. Users may choose to trade on other platforms or decentralized applications (DApps) at their own discretion.
- Accuracy of Information & Technical Limitations
•We do not guarantee that market information, application data, or information on DApps is absolutely accurate or updated in real time. We are not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect or delayed information.
•Due to network delays, internet connectivity issues, notification delays, or system failures, services may become unavailable. HedgerX Exchange shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such issues.
- Trading Conduct & User Responsibilities
•HedgerX Exchange only provides Web3 services and does not directly participate in user transactions. Therefore, you are solely responsible for evaluating the authenticity, legality, and validity of transactions and assume all associated risks and losses.
•We assist users in accessing or sharing information related to crypto assets, such as market data and trading insights, to support their asset exchange needs.
•By using these services, you accept this agreement and authorize HedgerX Exchange to submit relevant transaction information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or security of transaction data, project details, or counterparty information.
- Fees & Third-Party Services
•You must pay applicable service fees or transaction fees when using HedgerX Exchange Web3 services and agree to comply with the latest fee standards published by the platform.
•Some transactions may involve third-party services (e.g., blockchain network transactions, liquidity pools), and third parties may charge separate fees, which will be collected directly by those third parties. HedgerX Exchange shall not be responsible for these fees.
•In cross-chain transactions, network congestion or instability may lead to transaction failure, and users shall bear the risk of failed transactions and gas fee losses.
- Prohibited Activities
•It is strictly prohibited to use this platform for any illegal transactions or activities, including but not limited to: gambling, money laundering, fraud, extortion, terrorist financing, intellectual property infringement, abuse of violence, or any other unlawful actions.
•If HedgerX Exchange detects or suspects that a user is involved in high-risk or illegal transactions, we have the right to:
• Restrict or terminate account access.
•Freeze funds and refuse to provide services.
• Report data to law enforcement agencies and cooperate with investigations.
•HedgerX Exchange is not responsible for account freezes, transaction failures, or fund losses resulting from illegal activities and reserves the right to pursue further legal action.
- Legal Compliance
•You are responsible for ensuring that your use of HedgerX Exchange Web3 services complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
•If your country prohibits the use of related services, all your transactions and activities will not be legally protected, and you shall bear any resulting losses.
- Trading Risks
• Crypto asset trading carries high risk and may lead to partial or total loss of funds, making it unsuitable for all investors.
•You should determine the appropriate investment amount based on your financial condition and risk tolerance and seek advice from professional financial advisors if necessary.
•In addition to known risks, the market may also present unpredictable risks. HedgerX Exchange shall not be liable for losses caused by market fluctuations, hacking incidents, regulatory changes, or other external factors.
- Market Information & Investment Decisions
•All market data, analyses, recommendations, and other information provided on this platform are for reference only and do not constitute investment advice.
•We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to reliance on market information, including but not limited to trading losses, asset depreciation, or market volatility impacts.
- Final Interpretation Rights
•HedgerX Exchange reserves the right to final interpretation of any matters not covered in this agreement, within the limits permitted by law.
•We have the right to update and modify this agreement at any time. The latest version will be published on the official website. If there are significant changes, we will notify users through appropriate channels.
•Continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of this agreement.
