To ensure platform security, compliance, and transparency, all users of HedgerX Exchange must complete at least Level 1 KYC verification.
Once you register your account, Level 1 verification is automatically completed.
Completing higher-level verifications unlocks greater withdrawal limits and enhanced account protection.

Quick steps:
Log in to your HedgerX Exchange account.
Click the profile icon at the top right and select “Security Center.”
Choose “Identity Verification.”
Upload the required documents as instructed and submit.
Submit your application and wait for review (usually processed within 1–24 hours).
4. Accepted Identification Documents
HedgerX only accepts government-issued documents that contain the following information:

⚠️ Important:
HedgerX does not support KYC verification for citizens of Mainland China.
5. Common Reasons for Verification Failure
Duplicate identity detected: The same ID information was used in another verified account. Each person can only verify one account.
Facial recognition failure: Ensure your face is centered, well-lit, and unobstructed.
Invalid or unclear document: Re-upload according to the on-screen guidelines.
Violating Terms of Service: For example, users under 18 years old or from restricted countries/regions.

6. Modifying KYC Information
Once your KYC verification is approved, your identification and address details cannot be modified.
If you need to update them due to legal reasons (e.g., name change or citizenship change), please contact customer support and provide valid legal documentation.
