To protect users’ legitimate rights and ensure the proper operation of the Platform, these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are hereby established. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HedgerX, governing your access to, registration with, and use of the Platform and its related services.

By accessing the Platform or using its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that your trading activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. HedgerX does not provide investment advice; you should make investment decisions based on your own financial situation and risk tolerance.
3. Account Registration & Usage
3.1 Account Registration
• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
•Personal users may only open one account and may not operate accounts on behalf of third parties.
•Corporate accounts must submit relevant verification documents and designate an authorized person for account management.
•After registration, it is recommended to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, as certain features may be restricted without it.
3.2 Account Security
•You must safeguard your account credentials (including passwords, API keys, Google Authenticator codes, etc.).
•If you detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity, you should immediately notify HedgerX.
• HedgerX is not liable for any loss resulting from your negligence (e.g., disclosing account information, clicking phishing links, etc.).
3.3 Account Restrictions & Termination
HedgerX may restrict, freeze, or terminate your account under the following circumstances:
• Violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
•Involvement in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other high-risk activities.
• Prolonged inactivity with a zero balance.
•Other circumstances deemed necessary by HedgerX.
4. Trading Rules
4.1 Trade Execution
• HedgerX offers various trading options, including spot trading and futures trading.
•Once a trading order is submitted, it cannot be revoked or modified, except in special cases.
• Market liquidity, network congestion, or other factors may cause trade execution delays or failures.
4.2 Fees & Taxes
•Trading fees are applicable; refer to the fee schedule for details.
• If your account balance is insufficient to cover trading fees, HedgerX may reject the transaction.
• Users are responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
5. Risk Management
• HedgerX may adjust trading rules, margin requirements, or other risk management measures to maintain market stability.
• In extreme market conditions, HedgerX reserves the right to suspend trading, adjust pricing mechanisms, or take other necessary actions.
• Users should fully understand market risks and exercise proper leverage and fund management.
6. Asset Management
6.1 Digital Asset Deposits & Withdrawals
•HedgerX provides deposit and withdrawal services for digital assets.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Ensure your wallet address is correct; otherwise, your assets may be lost permanently.
• Certain withdrawals may be restricted or delayed due to compliance requirements or market conditions.
6.2 Asset Forks & Airdrops
•HedgerX does not guarantee support for all blockchain forks or airdrops.
•If HedgerX chooses to support a fork or airdrop, asset distribution will be based on official platform announcements.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities:
• Fraud, market manipulation, or other illicit trading activities.
• Using automated programs or bots for bulk trading (except for API trading).
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or violating applicable regulations.
• Any other activities that may harm HedgerX or its users.
8. Limitation of Liability
• HedgerX is not responsible for any trading losses caused by market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or network failures.
• HedgerX does not guarantee the accuracy or security of third-party services or external websites.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, HedgerX’s total liability shall not exceed the cumulative fees paid by the user for HedgerX’s services.
9. Service Modifications & Termination
•HedgerX may adjust or terminate some or all services as needed, and users may be notified in advance.
• If service disruptions occur due to force majeure (e.g., policy changes, technical failures), HedgerX is not liable for compensation.
10. Dispute Resolution
•These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and disputes should be resolved through negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the arbitration body in HedgerX’s jurisdiction.
11. Miscellaneous
•These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HedgerX, superseding all prior agreements.
•If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
•HedgerX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with the latest version published on the Platform.
