Verify Your HedgerX Exchange App is Up To Date:
Confirm that you are using the latest version of the HedgerX Exchange App. If an update is available, proceed to download and install the latest version.
From the app's home page, select the icon located in the upper left corner
Go to the Personal Center page, then select "About Us" and check for the latest version.
2、Log In and Assess App Performance:
Access the latest version of the app and determine whether issues such as lag, crashes, or black screens continue to occur.
If these issues persist, capture screenshots or record a video of the problem.
Proceed to the Personal Center, select "Support," provide a detailed description of the issue, upload the screenshots or video, and click "Submit.
