How to Change Your Registered Email
Follow these steps to change your email:
Step 1: Access the Email Change page.
- Log in to yourHedgerX Exchange account and navigate to the Account & Security page.
- Find Email Verification and click Change Email
Step 2: Confirm Email Change Notice
A security notice will pop up: Are you sure you want to change your email verification?
- For your account security, withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your email.
- Google Authentication (2FA) or Phone Verification must be enabled to change your registered email.
- Carefully review the information and click Change Email to proceed.
Step 3: Enter New Email and Complete Verification
- Enter your new email address and click Send Code.
- Enter the phone verification code (if a phone is linked) and Google Authenticator code.
- Complete the input within the verification time limit and click Submit.
Change Successful! Your account will be automatically unlinked from the HedgerX Exchange App and web version. You will need to log in again using your new email and password.
How to Unbind Your Email
Unbinding your email reduces account security and affects withdrawals, API access, and other features. Proceed with caution.

- Log in to your HedgerX Exchange account and go to the Account & Security page.
